What Roster is

Roster is an agent framework that turns your Claude Code or Codex sessions into purpose-built agents that run GTM, product, operations, finance, and design for you. It turns each function into repeatable plans with a Chief of Staff.

Need to search social media multiple times a day for potential clients? Roster helps you create the guides, set up a schedule, run the searches, and present you with potential leads. Need a landing page design? Roster helps you build the design guidelines and system, then designs the landing page with you.

Example agents

gtm/sdr

Scans X market-watch and queues cold outbound drafts for review.

product/pm

Summarizes competitor changelogs and drafts a LinkedIn post.

design/critic

Audits yesterday's PR screenshots and flags contrast issues.

How it works

Plans. Each function contains purpose-built agents. Each agent follows named plans backed by your voice, audience, messaging, and operating guidelines.

Schedules. Plans run through the native Claude Code or Codex scheduler. Daily searches, weekly research, and recurring design reviews happen without reopening the workflow every time.

Approval. Risky outputs land in a pending queue. You approve, edit, or reject them before anything ships.

When files stop being enough, the optional roster brain adds shared memory on your own Postgres. It is append-only and versioned, so corrections preserve the history.

nothing ships until you say so.
